How long does a treatment last?
Treatments usually last between 40 & 45 minutes but can be adapted to suit your needs.

Where will I have the treatment?
Treatments are performed in a quiet and still room, in a seated position and oils are used to enhance effectiveness. Soothing music is played to ensure you are comfortable & relaxed throughout the treatment.
It is important to wear a comfortable cotton top during the treatment & to remove/switch off mobile phones.

How many treatments will I need?
The benefits of Indian Head Massage can be felt immediately: you might feel both invigorated & relaxed, calm & peaceful, yet energised.
